X:/ Drive is Not Accessible...............................

Last Day I am repair a File Server on Xp Based ....
I am Doing New Windows  in File Server So I am Change HDD and Writer Jumber Setting For Fast Windows Installing Setting .....

After Complete Windows I am try to Open E: (My Last Drive) But It is Give a Error "E:\Drive is Not Accessible ......................."

I am Check all Software and Bios Setting But Problem is till Now............

After it i am Change my   HDD Jumper Setting and I am Success........

So if you Have Above Problem In future then Change Your  HDD Jumper Setting....

Soluction :-  Change Network card (NIC) Speed "Auto" to 10 Mbps Half "

How You Find This Options:- 

Go in Devices Manager -> Go in Network Card Properties -> Advanced and Choose "Speed & Duplex"

Change it ..
