Internet Explorer Not Open But Only a black screen flash

1. Insert windows cd and open it

2. go in i386 directory and find Iexplore.ex_

3.it is copy in c:\ drive

4. open command promt

5. go in c:\ drive

6. use command

"Expand Iexplore.ex_ Iexplore.exe "and press enter

7.now see c:\ drive u found iexplore.exe copy it

8. go in c:\program file\Internet explorer\

9.U past in and give permission to repeals

10.now open internet explorer and enjoy it

11. if not solution then connect 9214012330

I edit my xp2 cd

मैंने कल एक सीडी को एडिट की तो वो एसी बन गई की वह सी को फॉर्मेट के लिए भी नही मांगती है ।
और कोई सीडी किई नही मांगती है
कोई उजर एग्री नही मांगती है

2. Install it
3. Restart ur Laptop or Pc
4. and go in devices manager and update driver autometic select and find soluction ur problem
