Soluction:- Type "regedit" in Run Menu and
Open your system registry and Change Value as
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\VxD\VxDMon
In left Panel Change the DelayFirstRstpt value from 1 to 0
