Increase Internet Speed In Windows 7

Click on Start Button and type in search box "GPEDIT.MSC" and open
Under the Local Computer Polocy
>> Computer Configuration 
>> Administrator Templates
>> Network
>> QoS Packet Schedular
Now open the LIMIT PRESERVABLE BANDWIDTH 
and set on Disable 
Click on Apply and Ok
Restart Your Computer Now
