An LCD Monitor Flickering in Windows 7

For Stop LCD Flickering Problem in Windows 7 then

Go --->> Start>Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display

click on Change Display Settings.

Finally, click on Advanced Settings.

you can try a higher refresh rate and see if the flickering stops

This is Problem due to Edit "Local Group Policy", Name is "Run only specified Windows applications" is enable

For Solution Disable " Run only specified Windows applications" Group Policy...........

How

Type “gpedit.msc” in the search box of the Start menu and press the Enter

Local Group Policy Editor will open. Scroll down to “User Configuration”, “Administrative Templates” and then “System” on the left hand side of the window pane

On the right hand side of the window, under “Setting”, navigate and double-click on “Run only specified Windows applications”.

Now Select "Disable" radio Button
and Restart Program Now.....
