Close Port 45 and 135 But How ......
Open Run and type " REGEDIT"  and Click on OK
Locate the following key in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\NetBT\Parameters
In the right-hand side of the window find an option called TransportBindName.
Double click that value, and then delete the default value, thus giving it a blank value.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\OLE
. You will see there is a String Value called: EnableDCOM
Set the value to: N (it should currently be Y)
 Close the Registry Editor.

Open Command Prompt and Type Command 
"NetSh Winsock Rest"
and Close command  Prompt and Restart System

1. Install "WINE" in Linux For Install Windows Application in Linux
2. Right Click on Setup.exe (Photoshop Setup.exe) and Choose open "With Wine Windows Program Loader"
3. Install Photoshop as you install Windows
4. After Finish Goto Applications   --> Wine  - --> Programs   ---> Adobe Photoshop.


Now Use Photoshop as Like Windows ...
