After Start Internet, Page Internet Explorer Cannot be Display
Then you try in another Explorer, if yes then
Open Control Panel ---- Add Remove Program ------
Windows Components ------ Check Mark Internet Explorer ----
Next ---- Finish ------
Now You Are Able to Open Page
